I made a wicked good St. Paddy's Day dinner. Forget boiling the corned beef...bleh...the Pioneer Woman recipe rocks. Everyone ate it and we enjoyed a homemade dinner around the table together. Green tableware courtesy of Grammy. She got tired of me never getting around to the little holiday stuff.
