Cheese Factory

In July we took a little field trip to the Hilmar Cheese Factory.  It was interesting.  I was slightly turned off by the propaganda during the informative tour.  Our guide tried to tell the kids that day-old cake and doughnuts ground up is really good for cows.  Hmmm, I'm no dairy expert, but I beg to differ.  The ice cream demonstration was the highlight for the kids.
