My Little T-Baller

My Sariah is a lean, mean, t-ball machine. She LOVES playing baseball and has really improved skill wise this year. Other parents and coaches comment to me regularly about what a great player she is. It's so fun to see her enjoy a sport, and to do well at it. At her last game I jokingly said to a friend, "so I guess dance lessons are out," to which he replied, "you can teach her the home run dance!" She really has a serious swing, and can rock the ball pretty well. Even though it's officially called t-ball, the coaches actually pitch the first few balls to the kids. Most of the time Sariah gets a hit from the coach, and she even has made a couple great plays on the field. We certainly don't know where she gets it, but our girl has some pretty amazing athletic ability. I'm looking forward to many years of being a "sideline mom." Here are a few pics from her last game. It was absolutely freezing which is why she's wearing a coat. She was awarded the team ball and was quite pleased with herself!
